Admission Process : 

  • International student admissions are conducted on a competitive basis, results of interviews and tests administered by the Admissions Committee Department.
  • In order to support the visa, foreign students must send an email to the Stepuniversity with a copy of their passport, place of birth, exact address, and religion of residence.
  • Visa for foreign students is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of an invitation letter from the university.
  • The submitted documents must have a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian languages. Translation certification is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Enrollment of candidates who pass interviews and tests and meet eligibility criteria is done under direct contracts.

The entrance exams administered by the Admissions Commission are:

  • Unified National Tests (UNT CTA)

Eligibility :

  • Applicants must have passed Examination 12 with a total of 50% in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology if they are in the General category.
  • If the students belong to other categories, they must have passed examination 12 in the subjects physics, chemistry and biology with a total of 40%.
  • Students must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the relevant admission year. The NEET exam is mandatory for every applicant.
